Princess Mae Follosco

I make art
to express myself.

My work begins with what I want to say, even when I don’t yet have the words for it. Painting and mixed media give those feelings somewhere to go.

I want to make work that feels true to me: personal, expressive, and open to exploration. The connection someone else finds in a piece comes after that first honest impulse.

A little of my background

My background is in writing and marketing. Here, I share another part of my voice through painting and mixed media.

This short background uses what you have shared. Add your artistic beginnings, influences, training, and milestones in your own words.

A proposed way to tell your process

From feeling to form.

01 / The beginning

Something stays
with me.

A thought, a feeling, something noticed. The beginning does not always need a clear shape.

02 / The exploration

I follow what
emerges.

Colour, material, and gesture become ways of exploring that first response.

03 / The reflection

I listen to
the work.

There is room to pause, return, and decide what the piece still needs — and what it does not.

Process copy is a proposed draft for your review. Add your actual methods and studio photographs here.
